CRC 3103 - Newly Renovated! Stunning Ground Floor Condo

PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

Enjoy a quick walk to the pool or the beach from this ground floor ocean view condo. The spacious living room has a charming beachy theme and the large dining room table comfortably seats 6. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a drip coffee pot and a full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the private en suite bath has a walk in shower. There is a king in the second bedroom and in the smaller third bedroom we like to call the “Crow’s Nest,” there are two bunk bed style twin beds. The second bathroom in this condo also has a walk in shower.

Please note, the owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club!

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Quick spring break trip

Property was in a good location and pretty much everything you would expect from a St. Augustine condo experience. Atmosphere was laid-back and accepting of young children being able to play.

Very nice condo

The condo was very comfortable and pleasant. The location was great. A short walk to the beach. The housekeeping could have been improved. The microwave had not been cleaned from the last guest as well as the mirror in the master bath. There was toothpaste on the hand held mirror sitting on the counter. There were other small things which made us feel that a thorough job of cleaning had not been done. We did enjoy our stay, however even thou we think maybe housekeeping could have been better.

Even had the overnight officer knock on our door to let us know our interior light was on in our car. My family and I truly have enjoyed our experiences here. However when we went to book again the same two rooms we have stayed in are approx $1400.00 more each. We found that to be very disheartening. We wanted to come back yr after yr like so many of the wonderful families that we have met there. But that big of a price hike seems very excessive. And we as a family are having to re think whether or not to come back. That makes me sad.

A Rental that Feels like “Home!”

However, the old adage of - “There’s no place like Home” is often the truth. We have experienced that feeling for the previous 6 years we have rented, until this year. This Condo not only is well appointed, but you can feel the thought and love the owners have put into it, with the comfort of their guest, most in mind. As soon as I walked in, I got an immediate feeling of “home.” It is also our second year of renting from Colony Reef, and I can’t say enough words as to how well managed and maintained it is. The grounds are immaculate and everything was spotlessly clean, which with Covid was a very main concern of ours this year. They are extremely prompt in addressing any issues or services you may need. The complex has great amenities and is in a great location with easy access to the local restaurants and attractions. We already look forward to our next winter here.
