Located in Vilano Beach across the street from the ocean with direct beach access. In a comfortable walking neighbor hood 1 block from a public park with amenities such as pickle ball, tennis, and basketball courts. about 1/2 mile to Publix and all the restaurants and shops of the Vilano Beach Town Center.
