  • Step onto Cordova Street and you're greeted by two of the prettiest, quietest porches in downtown St. Augustine, shaded by mature trees and just steps from the Castillo de San Marcos. This 1922 duplex rents as one entire property, combining both the upstairs and downstairs units (Cordova Palms A & B) so you get the whole home, including the private backyard, to yourselves. No pets.

    Sleeping arrangements
    The home spans two levels with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms total, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom per level. Each bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens, plus a pack 'n play for younger travelers. The two units do not connect inside, so each floor functions independently with its own private entrance.

    Kitchen & dining
    Both levels come with their own fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and silverware. A dining table on each level makes it easy for the group to gather for meals together or split across floors.

    Living space
    Open, light-filled living areas carry the character of the home's colonial architecture, with comfortable seating and an HDTV for relaxed evenings in. A dedicated workspace is also available if you need to stay connected.

    Outdoor living
    Each level opens onto its own porch, ideal for morning coffee or watching the evening go by, and each unit has its own washer and dryer located on the back porch. Because you're booking the entire duplex, the backyard is private for your stay, furnished with Adirondack chairs for unwinding outdoors. Free parking is available on site.

    You're within walking distance of the Castillo de San Marcos, cobblestone streets, boutique shops, galleries, and dining, putting the best of historic downtown right outside your door. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival simple.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rent this property again. The location was within walking distant to the "hub". The layout of the units worked perfectly for our family. My parents and one of my kids stayed in the downstairs unit while my husband, our other three kids, and I stayed upstairs. Each evening, we gathered downstairs to relax together, which made the space feel even more connected.We also enjoyed the firepit out back, which was a great bonus. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly helpful, especially after a rainy day left us with wet clothes. The kitchen was well‑stocked and had everything we needed for meals.A few suggestions that would make this a 5‑star stay:1. Larger bath towels, plus a few extra towels for guests who prefer separate hair and bath towels.2. Additional toilet paper and paper towels, or a clear note ahead of time that guests should bring their own. We arrived to less than a full roll of toilet paper, which wasn’t enough for a four‑night stay.3. A welcome binder in each unit with information on where to find extra linens and supplies, trash and recycling instructions, the nearest store, local coupons, and recommended restaurants or activities. Departure instructions, should we strip the beds and leave all dirty linens in a pile, can we leave the dishwasher running.Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here.
