This entire beautiful, spacious, and elegant coastal pool home on Anastasia Island is yours and a walk away from downtown for weddings, touring, vacations or a simple get away! One block away from the Intracoastal waterway and at the end of Coquina is the Alligator Farm which is a fun attraction for all. Alligator Farm's newest attraction is their Zipline over the alligators and wildlife. Cross A1A and you are at the St. Augustine Lighthouse and the St. Augustine Lighthouse ramp on the intracoastal. Very beautiful area! Close to many well known restaurants, downtown attractions, nights of lights, the St. Augustine Amphitheater where concerts are held weekly, and our beautiful white sandy beaches. On warm sunny days, enjoy our large pool that fits in nicely with the cascaded oak tree or fellowship together for a feast indoors. Cooking is a delight in this beautiful new granite kitchen equipped with a chef's high end gas range and stainless steel appliances. There are three dining areas for this home inside and out and Coquina Cove is fully equipped with pots and pans, linens, and towels. The master bedroom and bath opens up to the back deck for a beautiful morning of coffee and a swim in the pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed and double bed with a bathroom very close in proximity to both bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is quite large and is surrounded by windows that overlook your own back yard oasis with a pool, fire pit, lush bamboo and a gorgeous canopied mature oak tree that draws all of our guests. The custom made fire pit is a nice end to your fun-filled day with lots of seating. Check with host on approved pets with $200 pet fee. Only non-shedding pets allowed. This home is truly your best venue to experience the richness of beautiful St. Augustine. Only Host approved parties at a $200 fee.

Heated pool was amazing. Everything was very clean and updated. Beautifully decorated. Ample space. Close to the beach and to the historic area. Wonderful stay!

Excellent in every way, great owner with positive attitude about the everything. Great location with plenty of private inside and outside the house. Drawers full of every possible tool you’ll need in the upgraded kitchen. Great WiFi and tv. Pool is awesome, baskets of towels to use. No complaints at all.

We had a great time. House is an older home with new appliances flooring and bedding. We enjoyed our stay even if it was too cold and windy to get in pool. We ate at the Columbia House in old town and other places on Sunday night we ate the The Black Fly very close to us and the service and food were first class The waiter was Jay and he was wonderful

Much needed R&R

House was very home-like. Huge Living space so we weren't all hanging on each other. Rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool almost everyday.

Really close to bridge of Lions and convenient store. Tammy was very nice and responded quickly to all of our questions. Pool was a great size for all of us. Very nice!

Amazing host & beautiful property!

Tammy was an amazing host! I sent a “wish recipient” from my Nonprofit to St. Augustine. Tammy was very responsive and gave back to the nonprofit by donating a night to the family, when many other hosts denied it. The home was beautiful, well kept and in a wonderful location. Very welcoming property! I will be reaching back out and booking whenever we return!! Thank you, Tammy for your hospitality!

Great location not a great place

We had an amazing time at this property, the location was great since it’s about 10min from downtown and right next to Anastasia State Park. However, there were some flaws for this house, it was not cleaned properly, we were 10 people and only one shared and very small bathroom available, no cleaning or personal cleaning supplies were available such as shampoo, soap, conditioner, dishwasher soap, etc. Also, we had only one table that fit 6 people to eat so we were not able to have food together. The towels and general linen provided were not in a great condition and the bbq was dirty as well.

We've enjoyed our stay!

The house was fine! Everything what you needed. And lots of space to sleep. The pool was very nice and we've enjoyed a lot of hours swimming. When we came in, the property manager told us that there were carpet ants. The pest control have been there, but we could find some dead ants. There were a lot of dead ants. So the next time it would be better to swipe the floor extra in advance for a new group. Furthermore the bedrooms are very light, no good way to make it dark. The extra bedroom/annex was for the children and no curtains in front of the door. Conclusion: the house was a bit dated/needed some attention, but we've enjoyed our stay!

Disappointed

Cleaning crew was still working when we arrived so check in was an hour late. Pool is great but patio furniture needs replacing. Location to downtown or beach is wonderful. My family requires 4 bedrooms when traveling. This house is 3 bedrooms, not 4 as listed. It sleeps at least 10 but NOT 4 bedrooms. The so called 4th bedroom is a hot sunroom with no privacy and infested with carpenter ants. Also, no door on master bathroom was an issue when you have a large group of people. Host was responsive and apologetic for the inconvenience. Not the right fit for my family.

Coquina Cove

What a beautiful home to stay in - in the most beautiful city in the world! We had plenty of room for all 10 people in our party. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and roomy: The bathroom situation was difficult at times with one small bathroom in the main part of the house and a large bathroom in the master bedroom that had a separate toilet room with door but no door to the shower/bath area. With 10 people, that got a bit difficult when showering, needing to use the bathroom. It can definitely be done ( we did it !!) but spent a lot of time locked out of our room and waiting for a bathroom!! Lol. When we were able to use the pool it was a welcome reprieve from the heat! We visited in the rainy season and had some very heavy rains and did have to deal with some flooding in the yard and some water in the back bedroom. Hopefully the drainage pumps will be back in operation as we certainly enjoyed our time in the beautiful back area. Overall, we were pleased with this home and would definitely recommend it to others!!

worst rental we've ever had

I'll start with the positive: 1. Location is close to downtown St Augustine. 2. Neighborhood is quiet 3. Pool was nice. It's saltwater, FYI. Now for the negative and unbelievable: 1. Upon arriving at the property we bought many items that require baking in an oven and then found out that the oven didn't work! We contacted the owner who said that the part was on order and that if she would have thought of it she would have mentioned it. Seriously? After a few emails she then had the audacity to ask us how many times we would have even used it anyway. 2. During our stay the roof started leaking in the kitchen. We notified the owner who just asked us to put down a towel. It wasn't fixed during our stay. 3. One of the back exterior door had a door knob that fell off and since it was a safety concern we had to lock that door and use another during our stay. 4. One bed was broken along with the nightstand table that fell over when I placed my phone on it. 5. Back yard was more of a junk yard than a relaxing oasis. Three grills littered the yard, luckily one of them worked. The pool shed was a pile of mostly broken pool toys and junk. We were told afterwards that it was for owner use only but the pool toys were in it and it was wide open all wee 6. Throughout the house lightbulbs were missing and some lights just didn't work. 7. Basically the place was dirty and in disrepair. I recommend not renting any properties from Crown commercial or Crowning properties.

Beautiful Getaway

The property was clean and perfect for two families with four kids. Everyone had plenty of space and the kids loved playing in the heated pool. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. In addition, the location was convenient being minutes from Historic St. Augustine and equally close to the beach. We had a great stay!

Everything was wonderful until the roaches. Communication was prompt and she was very helpful. When our stay was over and i tried to talk to her about the roaches she waited a week to respond and was just rude. So i wouldn't recommend staying here. She is ok until you try to tell her there is roaches. She said the people after us didn't see any. THAT IS BECAUSE MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND CLEANED THE HOUSE TOP TO BOTTOM. Because we were worried about them getting in our luggage.
