The property is kept extremely clean and is a quick walk to everything in the historic district. The owner is an excellent communicator and the check in and out process is quick and easy. We will definitely book this property again.
Enjoyed our stay with another couple. Well equipped kitchen, good tv, very comfortable beds in both rooms. Immaculately clean. Easy walk to center of St. Augustine. Great place to stay for Christmas Eve, lights unbelievable!
Able to walk down town, small map of local roads or best way to walk would have been helpful.Parking free little tightInside and outside lighting need to be brighter very fun in apartment except for the Bedroom. Clean did find left over items in night stand everything ales was clean. Outside lighting was dim also coming in from the front light doesn't come on till you get very close front lights would be helpful.Easy to walk to downtown town
We loved this apartment. We go to the Night of Lights every year and usually stay at hotels, but they've become too expensive. This is a spacious apartment that allows us to walk to the areas near downtown (including the visitor information center where the trolleys are). It was beautiful, clean, and inexpensive with a full kitchen and free parking in the back. We definitely will stay here again next year.
We were not aware that the accommodations were on the 2nd floor with very steep, narrow stairs .
The space above did not permit me to finish my concern regarding the access to the lodging. For older individuals, this is a dangerous situation for seniors. The beds are way too soft.. The balcony was a nice feature for "Happy Hour" and the location was very good for walking around the town. Overall the property was not what we had expected from the photos presented on VRBO website...we would not have selected this place if we knew about the stairs and condition of the house.
This apartment is in an excellent quiet residential location, very walkable to all the hottest spots in the historic downtown area of St. Augustine. We didn't need to use a car to get anywhere except the beach.
The owner, Lizy, was very easy to communicate with and she did an excellent job decorating and appointing the apartment. We (a friend and I, each taking one bedroom) were very comfortable in this well-kept, clean space.
The second floor shaded porch was a delight to rest on when we needed a break and connects to each bedroom in this unit separately, so you don't need to disturb anyone resting in the other bedroom to get to it.
We had a very lovely stay for a little spring break get away with our daughters ages 6 and 10. Very clean and close to the historic district as well as a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed coffee on the front balcony each morning. Keep in mind of having younger ones stay here as it is an apartment in second floor and our 6 year old was walking very heavy footed and we had to constantly remind her to walk softly so not to disturb guests below us. Lizy was a wonderful host and was quick to respond with any questions we had and also quick to assist as anything was needed! We had a wonderful stay…my one an only complaint would be the uncomfortable seating in living space which I had a feeling by seeing pictures beforehand and wasn’t a deal breaker. If you plan on being out and about no worries! There were a couple evenings we watched some TV or a movie as a family and the seating is more for looks than comfort. Aside from that everything was GREAT!!

Restaurants, sights and shopping are nearby. We did not use a car to get around. The hop one and off trolley was good to get acquainted with the city and main attractions.
If you have an issue with climbing stairs, be sure to check which unit you are in. We were on the second floor and it was a challenge for two senior citizen ladies to navigate up and down the stairs, especially with luggage.
