Stay in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine on Saint George Street, a pedestrian-only area full of charm, character, and vibrant local life. From your private balcony, you’ll enjoy the atmosphere and sounds of the town as shops and restaurants begin to open and the streets come alive. With everything just steps away, you’ll love exploring the city’s rich history on foot. A nearby parking spot is included with your reservation for added convenience.

✨COMFORT & FUNCTION✨
The studio is furnished with a smart TV, a king-sized bed, and a full-sized convertible sofa—perfect for small children or a single adult. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, and mini-fridge for your everyday essentials. The large, newly renovated bathroom features a spacious stand-up shower and vanity. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults comfortably.

Guest Access:
🏠 Guests will have full access to the entire apartment and private balcony during their stay, offering comfort, privacy, and the perfect spot to relax in the heart of downtown. Entry is simple and secure with our keypad lock system, no need to worry about keys! We’ll send you detailed check-in instructions 24 hours prior your arrival to make the process smooth and stress-free.

The Neighborhood:
🗺️ Centrally located in historic downtown St. Augustine on St. George Street. Walking distance to nearly all attractions and sightseeing points of interest. Stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants and establishments in town.

Getting Around:
✨ Walking is the best way to get around downtown. Old Town Trolley is also accessible (picks up just a few hundred yards from the apartment, at the City Gates). If you are planning to go to the beaches, you will need to drive.

Other Things to Note:
🚭 The studio and balcony are strictly non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke outside, right below the balcony
🪜 Must climb stairs
💳 CREDIT CARD FEES: Please note, credit card fees are non-refundable in the event of cancelation.

The location was perfect, close to everything on George street and the fort. Easy to walk to great restaurants and coffee shops. Just a short walk to the trolly. Will definitely stay here again.

Great little getaway in the middle of it all

Tucked away above most of the notable shops in the historic district, this hidden little spot is perfect for sightseeing for a couple or an individual. Just looking to get away from it all. Great communication from the host, awesome location.

From the very beginning of our stay ,starting with booking all the way to checkout, this was absolutely a great experience. Very nice studio. Well equipped and clean. Excellent location. We appreciated the phone chargers that are there, even though we brought our own. Lots of outlets. We would stay here again!

Great little studio in the historic district

This was perfect for us. We wanted a place that was walking distance to everything and this was just that. We could open the door on the balcony and hear the music from St George Street, and close it and it was nice a quiet. The management company was the most responsive I have ever dealt.

Fabulous Location

The studio was located steps away from everything but tucked back away from the noise. Having a parking spot was ideal. We barely used our cas as mostly eveything (restaurants and attractions) was walkable from the apartment. Our place was clean and comfortable with great communication from owners. Would highly recommend.

Passing through

Everything in the studio was just as advertised, really convenient to just leave your car parked and walk to all the shops down below or utilize the shuttle train that has about 22 stops throughout St Augustine with a guided tour. After the tour you are able to continue to hop on and off and utilize it as public transportation for the rest of the day until 5:00 p.m. which was awesome! Would definitely stay here again, but longer than a couple of days, since we were just passing through.

Great Getaway!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is perfect. The unit is just off St. George street so you do not get the noise from the street. Once we parked our car, we never used it until time to leave as it is easy to walk to everything. The porch on it was nice and we were on it a lot as it is pretty private. The bedding was super comfortable!

Perfect for a getaway. Great location. Finding it was hard because they just closed off streets & the map wasn’t updated. So that was the only frustrating thing. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. We will go back.

The property was lovely to stay at and so close we felt like we were part of the action from the balcony. It was clean, well appointed and perfect for a short trip. Blankets were very comfy! If you are a light sleeper you might want to check to see if the road construction behind the property is complete. 6AM the banging started, even on the weekend.
