Sleeping arrangements
This three-level home comfortably hosts up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The second floor features three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private porch access. A queen bedroom and a third room with a twin daybed and trundle provide flexible options. On the ground level, a bunk room with multiple beds is ideal for younger guests, alongside an additional queen bedroom and a shared full bathroom.

Living spaces
The top floor brings everyone together with an open layout connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Large windows and access to the wraparound porch create an easy indoor-outdoor flow. A powder room is also located on this level for convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for group meals with double ovens, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and dining table for gathering. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, everything is set up for easy hosting.

Entertainment & extras
A garage game room offers a ping pong table, while the ground floor includes a foosball table and additional games. The home also features Wifi, HDTV, washer, dryer, and an elevator for access across all floors.

Outdoor & location
Enjoy a patio or balcony, backyard space, BBQ grill, and beach essentials for days by the water. The beach is just one block away with drive-on access, and local restaurants, shopping, and historic St. Augustine are a short drive away.

This pet-friendly home also includes free driveway parking for two vehicles and self check-in with a keypad.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
