With each room having its own bathroom. It also has a screened porch that leads to the beach access. It is also minutes away from historic St Augustine. It's a welcoming place to unwind after a day in the sun. Perfect for a beachside escape just steps away from St Augustine Beach. This condo is adjacent to the beach with a direct beach access across the street. It features a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, a water filter, and snacks for guests. Dining is possible at the kitchen island that can sit 6 people. The living room has a sleeper sofa which turns into a queen bed with a 65 inch smart TV. There are 2 bedrooms with each having their own bathroom. Master bedroom contains a king bed with a desk and a TV. Both bathrooms have a tub shower with all towels included.
