St. Augustine Trip

New construction home. House was excellent. Clean and nice furnishings. Fenced backyard.No mention of surprise pet fee on listing.Neighborhood was not so nice. Mix of a few newer houses mixed with rundown properties. Grass was almost knee high in both front and backyard.
