About this property

Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Free private parking, located in downtown.
We now have an OFFICE with desk and office chair and 1 bedroom with a king bed.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. we are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of this upstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TV's in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils. We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Perfect location! I traveled with my niece and her friend who are attending Flagler College in the fall. The house was a quick 5 minute walk to campus and just a bit further to St George St. The pool is a beautiful oasis! House was very comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine! The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time in St. Augustine. This property was a short walk to the heart of the city, including attractions, resturants, and shopping. We only had to move the car when we did a quick grocery run other than that, we were able to keep the car parked and walk every where. We will definitely recommend this property to others.

Immaculate apartment in quaint historic area. Everything we needed was provided and Kirsten was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook, or it is a short 10 minute walk into the downtown for many restaurant options. Lovely pool area too. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough for us to use it. Off street parking was nice too. Very well run property.

Spectacular

What a wonderful apartment. What a wonderful location. What a wonderful pool!!! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We ended up so relaxed that in our last day we just lounged by the pool. Even though the heat index was 115 degrees. All the attractions of St Augustine are very close. Only a short walk or Uber drive away. I would absolutely book this place again. Thank you so much Kirsten!!
