    At night, relax and unwind under the lights in your private, fully fenced-in, backyard. Enjoy the firepit, grill, covered outdoor bar, and tv, along with a fully-equipped kitchen ready to host your next meal.

    The Space:
    This 2 bed / 2 bath newly remolded cottage blends original 1930's charm with modern day luxury. There is one bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor, along with a full bathroom featuring a claw foot bath tub and shower.

    The second floor features the master suite including a dedicated workspace, king bed, twin sized day bed, private bathroom, and balcony.

    The cottage features central cooling and heating, free Wi-Fi access, washer/dryer, a fully-stocked kitchen, an outdoor grill, private fenced-in backyard with driveway car parking, along with a covered outdoor lounge space (with a TV).

Property was very nice. Backyard very secluded and great back porch area to entertain or relax. Fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.

We were so pleased. We loved staying here. We were enchanted by the home, and found it charming, comfortable, and well situated. When we return to NJ we will be no longer be having much quality outdoor time, so we particularly enjoyed the back porch where we enjoyed much of our evenings.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in St. Augustine! It was cozy, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to town for easy access to shops and restaurants. The fully fenced backyard was a highlight, providing a great space for our dog to enjoy while we grilled and sipped wine. We even had the pleasure of meeting the neighbor's cat, which added a fun touch to our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

House was great!

It was our first visit to St Augustine. The house was located close to downtown, walking there we did have to cross the 4 lane highway at the light. The house had great kitchen and awesome back porch, beds were very comfortable too. House was best one on street, some looked abandoned and some weren’t kept up. We were happy to have an oasis! The renovation on the house was well done, loved the style of decor.

Perfect Place for a Quick Getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed with a couple of friends and it was great! Great location. About 5-10 minute walk to San Sebastián Winery, which was awesome. And about a 20 minute walk into downtown. We also took an Uber if it was too chilly or late to walk. Either were very convenient. The house was lovely. It has a warm but really cool, old feel to it. There is a grill and fire pit out back that we utilized. They have these really cool hanging macrame chairs on the porch that I have now told my boyfriend I need at our house for my work life balance stress relief. 😊 Overall this place is highly recommended. Christy was very nice and thorough with direction on things at the house.

Great bungalow and location

Check-in was simple at the front door. It was great to have a driveway and not park on the street. Plenty of towels, comfotable bed and roomy bathroom in the master . It could use a spot for hanging clothes but still a great room. The back patio swing chairs were my favorite spot. An outdoor fan would have been perfect since the neighborhood has all the lush trees and shade, so not much of a breeeze. Quiet street and close to historic downtown area. The property manager was quick to respond to all my questions prior to check-in and during the stay. Check-out was made super simple too. We could focus on packing up ensuring we didnt forget anything. Love St. Augustine and the stay here made it even nicer.
