This waterfront property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the City of Saint Augustine. This apartment is on the first floor of a two story home. This apartment has a separate entrance from the upstairs apartment. The apartment is approximately 550sf. When you rent this apartment you are renting a complete apartment. Sail boats docked in the harbor and shrimp boats bringing home its catch provides a picturesque backdrop. Sit on the screened porch. Wonderful, charming place. Quaint, clean, one bedroom/bathroom apartment. The house is split into 3 individual apartments. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Walkable to multiple restaurants. The hosts are helpful and responsive when I had questions. Lovely home, wonderful hosts.

It was amazing! Perfect location and the place was very clean. Mike and Hyacinth are artists and have their beautiful paintings on the walls. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings with coffee and watching the sun set with a glass of wine in the evenings. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the is beautiful home! It was so peaceful and quiet. The view of the sunset was amazing and the property itself is just gorgeous. The home is equipped with everything you need and the hosts were so kind and responded quickly. This home made our stay in St Augustine so relaxing and enjoyable.

This is a great property in the historic district. It is clean, cozy and very quiet. Walking distance (25 mins) to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Great place to rent, highly recommended.

The apartment was perfect for our girls family getaway. Loved the artwork painted by the owners. There were 3 of us and although you could fit 4 since the pullout was a double, I thought it was great for 3 people. Kitchen was well-stocked and beach towels and chairs were provided. The screened in porch was an added bonus, as were the washer and dryer. We could not have asked for a better location within walking distance of the historic area, great restaurants, San Sebastian winery and the Distillery. Short drive to the beach. It was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful. Our apartment had it's own private courtyard and back porch for watching the gorgeous sunsets. Everything was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back!

Birthday Trip

We have had a wonderful time in this beautiful town. Our rental is perfect for couples. Cozy and romantic with an eclectic feel. Decorated with art painted by the owners and the amazing landscaping outside really shows the love and creativity that went into it’s design.
