No sitting area inside, nowhere to put clothes, didn’t see anyone from the Inn except house keeper that didn’t speak much English. No text replies until the day before we left. A sign said to go to receptionist at the Inn beside us and there was not a desk or anyone found.

Cute bed & breakfast! The location was perfect, we could walk to everything. Since we were only there for one night, that was really important to us.

The Manager, Mario and his staff were helpful, pleasant, polite and kept the B&B very clean. The breakfasts that were provided were delicious. The location was ideal and we were within walking distance to all of old, historic St.Augustine.

Great location and the staff was great! Within minutes I was taken to the room and checked in and guided on where to park the car. The only thing I didn’t care about was having to park the car away from the property, while it was close, it would be nice to have been able to park in the spaces in front of the room.

Great central historic district location. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room (2 doubles) was small but comfortable and bath room was private and modern. Breakfast was yummy each day. I would come back!

The service and the people that worked there were excellent. Ricky was very helpful. The breakfasts they served were very good. The parking could have been better , however that was due to area construction.

Location was great! Parking at property does not accommodate larger vehicles but they had additional parking close by so it wasn’t a big deal. We mostly walked everywhere or took trolley. Room was nice but on smaller side. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

A nice place to stay!

This is a nice b&b. It is perfectly located, everything in walking distance. Only downfall is because it is located in the middle of historic st augustine, it is noisy all night long. If you are ok with that, then its perfect. The staff was very nice, and breakfast was, ok. A microwave to heat stuff up would be a nice bonus for them to add. They offer tea and coffee, but no way to heat up the water for the tea the water they had in the tea pitcher was cold. The bed was amazing to sleep in, very comfortable, and nice room. Expect early mornings, cleaning staff was vacuuming at 7 am, it would of been nice to sleep atleast till breakfast which is served at 9am.

The entire night people were fighting in the alley behind the room. There is a significant lack of insulation and no upgraded sound proof windows so it sounds if people walking in the alley are actually in the room. There is just a screen door which is unsecured leading to the rooms and there are alot of very intoxicated people in the area including homeless people. The rooms are REALLY small, and then the garbage trucks that come at 6 a.m. also sound like they are in the room because of the lack of insulation. I have stayed in some pretty rough places througout my travels which have included remote parts pf southern India and this is one of the worst experiences to date.

The location was amazing but there were issues at the start. They had the wrong name attached to our room and the check in was disorganized. No big deal. The room was very clean. That night I awoke at 3 am to voices and thought an altercation was going on outside my door, but I realized the people staying in the room next door had the TV on very loud. There was no staff on the premises and no number to call and complain. Then at 7am people were downstairs getting coffee and laughing berry loud. The walls of the house must be very thin. Breakfast was the worst! One tablespoon of fruit cut up very small, small slice of store bought cake and a egg casserole that was burnt on the bottom. We went back to our room, packed up our things and went out to breakfast. I won’t be staying here again.

Bed “ and breakfast”

This place is ok. Very small rooms. It’s a Bed & Breakfast in name only. I’ve never stayed anywhere where breakfast is offered, but for $15. How is this different than any other place? There was also no common congregation anywhere, with no sense of community with the others staying on property. The price was too high for too little offered. Friends stayed down the road for $100+ less.

Wonderful 2 days

Very nice room great for a quick stay. The bed and pillows were awesome. Location is the best right in the middle of the action and never even noticed the noise outside. Wonderful seating on the top deck with dual fans. The front patio set up is super nice. Plenty of plants and flowers all around. You could see yourself going back in time.

Got my room on hotels.com pick the room I wanted in the bed and breakfast once once I pick the room I want when the outcome came up in the picture. It wasn’t the room I chose so I realize that’s hotels.com problem I emailed both hotels.com and the Bed-and-breakfast as well. The bed-and-breakfast got back to me. They gave me the room I needed and we’re very accommodating and don’t make a check in early and they were very helpful but disappointed in the whole fact that when I ordered the room I wanted I got something new.
