New(ish) property, very clean and quiet. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Great location in proximity to the pier and beach. Also a great location to stay while visiting St. Augustine. You will be within a quick drive there and save money on the room. Highly recommend this place. We stayed withbour two kids (late teens) and everything worked out great

The place is very nice and comfortable, the service is excellent, and everything is very clean, including the rooms. It's a very comfortable hotel for families, and the included breakfast is very good. Without a doubt, when I return to Saint Augustine, I will stay at the same hotel again.

Staff was cordial, amenities were not all open. We had two rooms, one of which was accessible for my son who is in a wheelchair and it wasn’t ready for a couple hours past check in time. Then given a regular room which was sorted out quickly.

Rooms were clean and neat. Overall hotel was very nice. Walking distance to the pier and beach. We took a boat ride to see the Night of Lights from the Vilano Pier. It was so convenient. I would definitely go back

Overall my stay was great location is good, nearby clean beaches great for families. The property is well kept, the pool seems heated I didnt get to go in but I felt the water. The breakfast was buffet style it has all the essentials. One thing that I dont know if can be adjusted or fix my room was on the second floor and the music from the rooftop was very loud thank God I was so tired I did fell asleep but you feel in thw club not good, that was my only issue.

Hotel was great, rooms very spacious. However We arrived a tid early and when we requested an early check in, they wanted to charge us. I have never had that happen before, usually if a room was ready, the hotel would allow you to check in early. I was very put off by that.
