The LUX Beach Studio is the perfect setting for every Florida beach vacation experience. 3-min walk to our white sand beach. Effortlessly enjoy relaxation at the beach, walk to restaurants and bars in the central Crescent Beach community, or drive 20-mins to historic downtown St. Augustine to explore the hottest restaurants, bars, and historical sites. NIGHTS OF LIGHTS ONLY 20-MINS AWAY!!
The studio is located on the 1st floor - Viewpoint looking east towards the beach.
Comfortable king-size bed.
Massive kitchen space w/ oversized island.
Full bathroom with sparkling clean shower and toilet.
Roku TV, High-speed WIFI internet.
The laundry room (private - guests only) is located right next to the studio.
Outdoor furniture (common area) on the front patio for guests' use.
* Beach towels provided.
* Additional blankets/pillows upon request.
* If anything is needed during your stay, please reach and we will try to accommodate ASAP.
Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in.
Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock.
Our guests of 'LUX Beach Studio' have full access to their suite. Additionally, our guests have access to the 1st floor's front patio (East of the building)
As our 1st floor patio is considered a common space, please be respectful of our other guests, regarding this space on the property - Please clean up any mess in the 1st floor patio, as we share this space with others in the building. Additionally, please be respectful of others space and to keep common courtesy on the property at all times.

If more parking is needed, please use the public beach access parking lot across the street.
Located just south of St. Augustine Beach in the small community of Crescent Beach - The community is quiet, easy-going, and an ideal getaway for those who want to explore St. Augustine. The beach is only a 3-min walk to the Cubbedge Road/Crescent Beach public beach access. Walking distance to local shopping centers, restaurants, and bars.
If the plan is to stay at the beach, you are a 3-min walk to our beautiful white sand beach. We are also a 20-min drive to downtown St. Augustine where the hottest restaurants, bars, and historical sites are located.

Very close to beach. Cross walks have flashing lights drivers actually stop fir pedestrians. Convience store, pizza place and ice cream shop all on the same block! Property was very clean! Managers came at our request to fix tv.
