Just two blocks from the beach and boasting over 1200 sf of living space, Lo Tide offers a great floorplan and lots of coastal charm. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with two full bathrooms. Downstairs you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a half bathroom. All have been updated and elegantly furnished. Unit is located on second and third levels of complex and offers privacy. Comes with garage for your beach gear and includes bikes and beach wagon for your use. Walking distance to the St. Augustine Pier and local beaches. The St. Augustine Lighthouse and the Alligator Farm are approximately a 4 minute drive. Be sure to visit beautiful downtown St. Augustine on the Bay Front which offers many dining and shopping options as well as gorgeous views and attractions.
