On the opposite side, an open-air balcony overlooks the marina, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine as boats drift by.

The open living area features serene beachy decor with calming blues, creating a soothing atmosphere. A small dining table for four and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker provide all the essentials for easy meals.

Great news! The sleeping area has been upgraded with a fresh, spacious king‑size bed for even more comfort during your stay.
We’re still updating the listing photos, so the new king bed isn’t pictured yet — but it’s already in place and ready for you to enjoy!
A sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra flexibility for additional guests.
The bathroom includes a shower stall and continues the cool beach theme. With beautiful wood laminate floors throughout, cleaning up after a day at the beach is a breeze.
