Nautical Smile - Newly Renovated Beach House One Short Block to Ocean!

Welcome to Nautical Smile!! Anchors aweigh towards a delightful vacation in this bright and cheery two bedroom beach house. Only one short block to the ocean! Within walking distance to the pier and an easy 10 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine!

Our beach house features two bedrooms and two full baths. A master with a Queen Size Bed and private Master Bathroom and a Guest Room with a twin bunk bed and full size convertible futon.

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, satellite cable TV, DVD and DVD library and free WIFI. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee makers. Flat Screen TV's in Living room and Master Bedroom.

Additional amenities include beachcomber bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to tow your items to and from the beach. It also includes board games, puzzles and toys/games.

The exterior offers a brand new hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill. The yard is enclosed with an 8 foot fence ensuring privacy.

All Linens Provided.

Dogs are welcome.

Smoking is not permitted.

Maximum 6 people.

We welcome mini vacations as well as extended vacations.

Great place

Excellent location, within in walking distance to some great restaurants, pier and beach access. Great cozy house with a large fenced yard for our dog and also a great place to barbecue.

Great Location

Perfect little getaway. House was cozy, very clean and comfortable. The house literally was one block from the beach, and around the corner from Cafe Eleven where we met quite a few locals!!!! We would love to visit again!!!!

Fall break getaway

Nice little house close to the beach

Property was very clean and is well maintained. Love the fenced in back yard for the pups and the paved patio area. Stayed here a couple of years ago and the property is still in excellent condition. Convenient and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Second Time Here

This was our second time staying in this beautiful little cottage! The home has a nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture. Our dogs loved the privacy fenced back yard. The owners are awesome and always very responsive! We will definitely be staying again.

Perfect location!

This home is perfectly located. It’s tidy and nicely stocked. It was easy to walk to the beach with our kid and two dogs with all the beach gear that was available to use during our stay. Being able to enjoy the historic district just minutes away was priceless. And most importantly, having a fully fenced in yard for our two dogs was priceless!

Perfect Place For A Family Vacation!

This was our first time in St. Augustine and this location had it all. We appreciated the beach wagon and sand toys! We found the location perfect and the house well stocked with basic necessities. Publix is super close if there’s anything you need and lots of great places to eat within walking distance. The fenced in yard for our dog was a huge plus. It’s a truly lovely little house with great hosts. We will definitely be back!

Family Beach Fun

The house was perfect for our family. It was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. It had all the equipment we needed for a fun at the beach, including chairs, boogie boards, bikes, beach toys, etc. We had plenty of room with a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The outdoor shower was perfect for a quick rinse when returning from the beach. We would love to return soon and would definitely recommend for families visiting the area.

Perfect location

Went up to move our son to college (Flagler). Took an extra day to chill. We have been in the moving process for the past month. We were able to walk to the beach and to multiple restaurants withing a couple of minutes from the house. Hoping to stay when we come back to visits our son in November.

Amazing Stay at Nautical Smile

After staying in many VRBO homes in different cities this may have been our favorite. The location was within easy walking distance to beach and shops, the kids loved the bikes. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Host checked in after first day to make sure everything was going well. We are within driving distance so brought our own beach set up but didn't need to. This home had chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and wagons in great condition which has never been my experience with beach homes. If we come back to the area would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great location

This house was a perfect location to walk to the beach and to restaurants/coffee! It had a great backyard for our dog. A few things can be improved. We had a crawling baby that revealed some less than clean floors, lots of dust, couple of broken drawers on dresser, wobbly toilet. Kitchen and bathroom had everything you need. It was a great place to sleep and have as a home base. They have everything you need for the beach! Thanks for letting us stay!

The property is just as described. Very close short walk to beautiful beach. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Very cute beachy decor. Owner was very responsive. Answered questions quickly. Check in was a breeze. Nice quiet safe neighborhood very close to many great restaurants. Publix close by. My husband and I and our 2 shih tzu enjoyed our time at this house and we hope to return.

Steps from everything - perfect stay at the beach!

This is a terrific property - directly as advertised - 2/2 right at the beach. You are a very short walk to beach access from the house - the backyard is huge and has ample room for a pet to run around and play. They also have a nice patio area. The place was absolutely perfect for our almost week getaway - we were in town for a concert and the Ampitheatre was very close by. We were able to park for free at a nearby church and walk to the show. The downtown area where the historic locations are was close by too. Lots of shopping and dining - way too many things to do in a short 5 day stay - we look forward to returning to St. Augustine Beach soon and hope Nautical Smile is available when we come back!

Nautical Smile Perfection

Nautical Smile definitely is the perfect beach house inside and out! Our Kelby girl loved the back yard! Decor was on point, had everything you needed, and the host was quick to respond to any and all questions! Location was excellent! One block to the beach, easy access, close to restaurants, and the best part was we were smashed between two Ice Cream shops!!! lol We will definitely stay here when we next visit St. Augustine!
