Enjoy a cozy stay at this stylish 2bdr/1bth on Anastasia Island. A quick 15 minute walk over Lions Bridge and find yourself in Old Town St. Augustine! A short drive or bike ride takes you to the beautiful white sands of St. Augustine beach. Walk to many wonderful cafes, bars, shops, fine dining and many year round attractions. Enjoy the history and landmarks of this ancient city! Ideal for couples, girls weekends, families or Flagler College visitors, potential students and their parents!

THE SPACE

This condo has everything you need to make your trip a relaxing one. Recently renovated and updated, this spotless and stylish place is great for couples or families!
The kitchen is full furnished and loaded with all your cooking essentials. Including a blender, toaster, and some cooking spices and essentials. Coffee maker, coffee and tea are provided.
Relax on the back patio with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night. Or if you prefer to stay in for a movie night, both the living room and master bedroom have smart tv's and Sling!
We also have board games for some quality family time fun.
The king bed in Master and twins in second bedroom are all comfy memory foam. Both bedrooms have loads of closet space so you can unpack and feel right at home. We have beach towels and chairs for those beach days and if you're feeling adventurous and like having the wind in your hair there are bike rentals only a block away!
Coin operated laundry is on premises as well.

We have free parking in front of the property. One space is included but there is guest parking as well if you have visitors.

There is so much to do and see in St. Augustine and the surrounding areas!
Take it all in or slow down and smell the sea breeze and watch the boats sail by. Here you can do a little or a lot! Whatever suits your fancy! Visit the Lighthouse, Tour the Castillo de San Marco Monument or ride on a trolley through old town. Take a walking tour if you're a history buff or enjoy a round of mini golf with your kids!
The Alligator Farm is fun for all ages as you can see oodles of different species!
And of course the beach, for those who like to stay on the sand and look at the waves or plunge in with a surf lesson, take a walk on the beach or a bike ride!

This condo was so lovely and beautiful! It is very clean, decorated so nicely and has everything you could need. The rain shower was perfect after a long, hot day exploring. Bed was super comfy. The location was quiet and was the perfect place to be close to everything St Augustine has to offer without feeling crowded or cramped. We will definitely be back!

Site seeing in St. Augustine's

This condo is centrally located to walk or drive to many of the historic sites. There is a great restaurant down the street within walking distance called the Conch, food is great and you can take a water tour boat from the marina. The condo area is quiet and family friendly! Great location for Anastasia Island

This rental was exactly as advertised and well-appointed for a short visit to the island and St. Augustine. We enjoyed the proximity to island activities and gorgeous beaches, as well as a wonderful walking distance across the bridge to the historic town. Property managers were very responsive and helpful.

The condo was amazing. It was very clean. They thought of everything from extra towels to body wash. The walk to downtown St Augustine was about 10 minutes away very easy. There were a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Can't wait to go back. Thank you so much.

Loved being walking distance to all that St Augustine has to offer in this nicely updated and extremely clean condo. We stayed here 2 months and Renee and Andy were very accommodating in bringing us a desk and chair to provide a better work space. We wanted a place close to our boat at the Conch House marina and this unit was perfect.

St Augustine get-away

Enjoyed our week long stay exploring St Augustine and TPC Sawgrass. This condo was very clean and quiet. It was away from the congestion of St Augustine but within a half mile of where all the action was. An ideal location! Furniture and bed were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion would be for more outlets to charge phones and iPads.

Perfect get away and intro to St Augustine!

Perfectly located on Anastasia Island - a 15 minute walk over the bridge to all the lights and lively scene of St Augustine. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family. Kitchen is well stocked and wonderfully clean. We arrived late at night after travel and were thrilled to find fixings for a snack - it’s the little touches that make a great host! Bed, linens, towels, closet space - all terrific!Location is close to so many cool things - we walked to breakfast at Sheila’s Cafe - highly recommend and walked and walked and walked to explore this beautiful community. Definitely see the alligator farm - fascinating to see these creatures up close (not toooo close) We will be back…maybe for good….

Truly top rental experience

We had 4 guests all 50 and over. We stayed the weekend prior to going on a cruise. Renee and Andy were very easy to work with and gave plenty of tips for the BEST weekend. Their home is extremely clean, inviting and the beds!!! You'll never ever find a rental with the same comfort. If we ever make it back to St Augustine we'll definitely be staying here again. Disappointing

The photos accurately represent the decor and it is a cute apartment. Unfortunately, it is located in an extremely busy area. The noise from the Coastal Highway and the saloon, which are directly behind the apartment, made it impossible to sit out on the balcony. We were unaware that Bike Week was taking place, so in addition to loud music at the saloon the first 2 nights, there was constant noise from all of the loud motorcycles for the entire 6-night stay. The kitchen has the basic essentials. Although the apartment was clean, the shower curtain and the bath towels smelt musty when wet and the sliding bathroom door needs adjusting. It is very difficult to close and scrapes on the floor. The sectional sofa is not comfortable.

Great location!

Property was as listed, very clean, and kitchen was well-stocked. Upon arrival, owners were responsive to my inquiry about the broken screen door. They indicated a strong wind did some damage, but the repairman had not come to fix it yet. They were willing to try to fix it themselves before the repairman could get to it, but I indicated it wasn’t necessary. Would have given 5 stars, but there were only 2 washcloths provided in the bathroom. Bath towels were more plentiful. Washer and dryer were not in the unit itself, so I chose to buy my own washcloths and take them with me to refresh my supply at home. I did not reach out to the homeowners about the washcloths, so they did not have a chance to respond. The one outlet in the bath is not next to the sink area, but on the opposite wall, so using a hair dryer is tricky without an extension cord. We slept well on the very comfortable mattress. Location was excellent for proximity to restaurants and old town sites and was quiet, despite the fact the unit is almost directly behind a bar. Opaque curtains would have been a welcome addition to the living room, as the outdoor seating at the local bar could be seen from the living room couch. Couch was comfy. Overall, a great stay!
