NEWLY RENOVATED 2 bedroom, 1 bath spacious condo (1024 square feet) close to the Casa Monica hotel, Lightner Museum and Flagler College on a quiet street. This historic condo building was constructed between 1885 and 1893 by Henry Flagler to serve as the servants' quarters for his Ponce de Leon Hotel, now known as Flagler College.
