Nice getaway close to everything

Such a convenient location. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the beach and restaurants close by. Great for 4 adults!

Fabulous home in a great location, walkable to many restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach. The home is equipped with everything you need (and more) for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We will be back!

Great place for proximity to beach and island

Contacted the property manager for info on check in and he promptly responded. House was clean, had everything we'd want and everything worked well. The garage had chairs and an umbrella we took to the beach which was a very easy stroll away. We'd definitely return!

Third time

This was our third time staying at this beautiful home. We take our dogs, who also have enjoyed this home. Anytime we have had an issue, the hostess quickly responded and had it resolved in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice Cozy Beach House

A lovely cozy, comfortable house one block away from the beach, with a fenced yard.The wine and chips was a nice gesture as was the K-cups.Gyula was always prompt on responding to us.This comment has nothing to do with the house. My wife and I are in our late 70’s and had a little difficulty getting over the steps to the beach especially with beach chairs. We would certainly stay there again out of beach season!!!!

From the very start, Joe was phenomenal to work with. Very knowledgeable of the property and extremely polite and helpful. The exterior of the property was very well maintained and the house looked like it was just painted and the colors were picked well. The fenced in backyard was secure and pleasantly big enough to play ball with our two dogs. The inside looked like it was all brand new and totally updated. New mattresses were a real treat. Nightlights everywhere. Felt real safe and very comfortable. Place was also spotless from top to bottom. Will highly recommend for vacations etc.We are already planning on a return trip to this property

Wonderful stay, gracious host

My daughter and I went for Night of Lights. Joe was a gracious host and communicated effectively from the start. The house was decorated with Christmas lights and a table top tree was inside! Very nice. The place was super clean and the perfect size to include a sitting area outside. There was a basket of snacks as well as coffees and teas. Located directly across from the beach and within walking distance of Kookaburra Coffee that we went to every morning! We Ubered downtown and glad we did because of traffics. Only 15 each way! This is the perfect location for a weekend getaway and Joe was absolutely fantastic! We will be back regularly!
