Nice place

Great location on a beautiful beach and also convenient to shopping and dining; very comfortable mattresses; well stocked kitchen and extras (beach chairs, games, etc.), newly renovated beautiful upstairs bathroom. The street has a traffic light at Route A1A; very helpful. A combination of small things lower the rating: cobwebs on the lamps, hot water heater glitch, challenging thermostat. Served its purpose well. Note that this is a two-story unit, bedrooms upstairs and nobody above the bedrooms.

Beautiful area, ocean view from 2nd floor balcony. Easy drive around town. The condo itself was nice. On the negative side, nobody had cleaned before we got there. Dirty microwave, pile of dirty towels at the top of the stairs, unswept floors, dirty bathtub, etc. We cleaned when we got there and then again when we left per written instructions, so why did we need to pay a cleaning fee in the rental price? That was irritating to say the least. Also, the booking ad stated free parking, but we had to buy a parking permit upon arrival. I would not have booked the condo had I known that the bedrooms and main bath were upstairs. It was a lot of interior climbing up and down a long, steep flight of stairs. So if you have knee or hip problems, don't book here.
