Welcome to Ocean Villas #116, a spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the second floor, offering relaxing lagoon and pool views from the oversized balcony—accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Great stay

Enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean. It had all we needed as in cookware, plates, etc. I thought the carpet needed an update as was getting worn.

Not updated since 1983 and filthy

The carpets are FILTHY, obviously not cleaned in years. Inches of sustbinndoor franes. The mirrored doors of two of the bedrooms are cracked and broken with pieces missing and apparently have been so for months per property manager. I would NOT feel safe here with small children due to that hazard. The furniture and appliances have obviously been here since the 80s and the outdoor furniture is rusting and crumbling. There were cigarette ashes and dirt all over outside patio which primarily has a view of the parking lot and a little bit of the above ground pool / courtyard. Absolutely NO view of beach or.ocean. Smelled musty upon entering. Knobs missing on furniture . Broken drawers. Rusted filthy air vents.No laundry facilities in condo. We ended up leaving after two nights due to condition of condo. Needs a DEEP cleaning and remodel desperately.

Spring Break get away

VRBO did an awesome job listing more properties then other sites. The Ocean Villa was perfect for our spring break getaway. The condo was clean, well supplied and the beach was amazing. I would stay in the Villa again. The only thing I'd change is to add a few extra paper product supplies.
