Property needs work & updating

Location was excellent to activities and especially beach. Unfortunately, the master bed sheets were not clean and we had to wash the sheets and mattress pad, found a paper clip in the top middle of bed. Bed and mattress were old, creaky and hard. Furniture was hard and uncomfortable, appliances were outdated except refrigerator, disposal didn’t work. The electrical plugs in both bathrooms did not work. Enough said about condo….the good things is the location is easily accessible to beach, the overall property seemed nice, the staff was nice, the accessibility to restaurants was good. Would consider staying at property again, just not this unit….ask a lot questions about units before renting.

Best vacation ever!

This was the 1st time our family has ever had the opportunity to come to florida or anywhere really. The place was very clean and had cute beachy decorations everywhere. They thought of everything from kitchen utensils, to cleaning supplies to help us leave the place as clean as possible. We made lasting memories with our kids.

Steps from the beach, and all the comforts of home

This property was nicely stocked with all of the basic kitchen equipment, AND a tea pot (which we loved). Plenty of glasses and plates, and the ice maker works great which we loved because we use tons of ice. We loved being so close to the beach that we took the boardwalk over the dunes and watched the sunrise every morning. (we stayed March 13-17, which was right before the COVID-19 lockdowns and school cancellations started) We ordered to go from local restaurants due to the health restrictions and although we cut our time in the historic district very short to practice social distancing, we found this property to be within easy distance of all the tourist attractions. Very clean and comfortable. If there was any criticism at all, the mattresses were not the greatest, but they were fine... and it would be nice to have a little rug of some sort next to the beds so it was easier to get into bed without getting sand in bed with you.
