    Welcome to your peaceful retreat! This ground-floor condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or exploring the local area. The open-plan design and garden views will have you feeling right at home in no time.



    - Living Room: The bright, open living area is perfect for unwinding, with cozy seating and a Smart TV for your entertainment. After a day of exploring, kick back and relax in this inviting space.



    - Bedroom: The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and plenty of storage with a dresser. Natural light pours in, making this the perfect spot to rest and recharge.



    - Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven. Whether you're making breakfast or a full meal, you'll have all the tools you need. Enjoy your meals at the bar with seating for 2 or the high top table on the patio.

    - A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.

    - Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. The property manager can provide complete terms regarding the guest verification. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

    - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

    - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

    - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

    - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

    - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

    - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

    - There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.

    - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

    - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

    - For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

    - We’re pet-friendly! One small pet under 30 lbs is allowed for a $100 USD fee per stay.

    - Put the towels in the tub and leave the bedding.

    - Take out the trash to the dumpster bin.

    - Please hang the laundry room key back on the key holder at the bar, and hang the parking passes on the key holder also.

    - A $75 USD charge will be added for parking passes not returned.

    - Please remember this is quiet residential complex…live like a local!

What a great place to stay. It was well decorated, neat, clean and so close to downtown St Augustine-- just across The Bridge of Lions. Great communication from the host when booking to checking in to checking out. Was very responsive to questions. We really enjoyed our stay.
