The Sand Dollar II Building is undergoing a property-wide restoration project from mid-August 2025 till projected completion in March 2026. During this time, we are offering discounted rates on reservations. Please be advised that there will be construction activity, with impacts varying by unit/timeframe. Sand Dollar 2-108 is an updated first floor oceanfront unit with beautiful views of the ocean. The convenient oceanfront patio is right next to the beach boardwalk and the pool!
