Perfect little 1 bedroom for a quick beach trip. A good walk to the beach, but there is visitor parking closer if you feel you can’t make the walk.

Second time we have stayed in this set of condos, first time in this unit. Very nicely decorated and HUGE televisions especially in the bedroom. Bed was comfortable! Little bit of dust in closet and bathroom door needed cleaning but besides was really lovely. Owner was great in communication

Wonderful!!

This is a great place to stay for a couple or small family. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, two large TV’s, screened in patio. It’s on the ground floor so unpacking is quick and easy, no steps or elevators to deal with. The complex is gated, very nice place, well kept, everything looked new and clean, two nice pools. It’s a short walk to the beach, not bad at all. Great location, great price and great communication with the owner.

So Glad I Booked Here

I used to live in Florida and St. Augustine was my favorite place to visit. I was having trouble deciding places for us to stay because I wanted to spend most of our time in the historic district. I ended up deciding to split our vacation between 2 spots because this one sounded so great. It says 11 minute walk to the beach, but it's really much closer. You walk through the community parking lot past the pools and there's a private walkway to the beach. We spent time around the pool as well and if you cross the street there is a nice little coffee shop we went to each morning. The host checked in often via the app and there was a tablet on the wall for checking in/out and also area recommendations. Would book again!!

Clean & Comfortable Condo near the Beach!!

We visited the week of Thanksgiving and were so happy with the accommodations. The unit was clean and inviting with a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom, along with a helpful “smart board,” which offered area recommendations for dining and activities, as well as check-out instructions, right at our fingertips. The complex, itself, was great! We enjoyed swimming in the glistening heated pool that was a short walk away from the unit. It was absolutely spotless, and the water felt great—cool, but not cold at all, so very refreshing after a long walk on the beach. The complex also boasts private beach access. The entrance to the beach is about a five-minute walk from the unit. Sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed from the beach there—simply breathtaking! We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

We love Ocean Village Club, and stay here everytime we're in the area. However, this unit was not our favorite. The check in process is easy. The unit had a strange smell, maybe a cleaner or animal, like an ammonia smell. It was strong at first. The tub didn't drain while in the shower. Which happens, not a huge deal. There is very limited kitchenware. The biggest thing for us was the living room looks nothing like the listing. Maybe it's in the process of being redone. Different paint, rug and furniture. It was very bland. Not the bright colors of the listing that we had hoped for. We enjoyed our stay. Love the area and the beaches. The grounds are not brand new, but always nice and clean. The pools were clean and inviting. But it is unlikely we will rent this specific unit again.
