Escape to this beautiful ocean facing condo on Crescent Beach in picturesque St Augustine. This cozy retreat features 1 king bed in the bedroom and a comfortable full size sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the convenience of a bathtub and hair dryer in the bathroom and luxury amenities. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in St Augustine.

We provide every guest with a ‘welcome’ basket containing milk & botted water (in fridge), fresh coffee, sugar, and fresh fruit which you can enjoy on the spacious balcony overlooking Crescent Beach - the most stunning sunrise and sunsets are not to be missed!

We provide beach towels and beach chairs and you have private access to the Beach with a shower on the beach deck. We have everything you need for a memorable stay. There is a wicker basket for the sandy shoes and towels so you don't have to worry about those pesky sand grains!

There is room for only 1 service animal in this unit due to the size of the unit and this is for consideration of both you and your service animal. No guest cats permitted.

Please ensure you use the sofa cover provided if you have a service animal that 'sheds' thank you we appreciate this consideration.

The condo has been renovated and painted with a brand new luxury bath suite installed with dispensers containing luxury shampoo conditioner and body wash. TV in each room & WiFi. This is home from home and we aim to make your stay memorable and hope you come and see us again!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Press 'Kwikset' (top bar on key pad) and wait for the door to lock, the keypad will flash 'yellow' please check by turning handle.
Take trash to trash compound in car park, thank you.
If you are checking out early before 12 midday, please let me know as I may have an early check in same day and it would be very helpful to know I appreciate that thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

** Absolutely no smoking in the apartment or on the balcony, owner will be fined for violations and these charges will be passed onto the guest.
** No open flames 🔥 or candles permitted in the apartment.
