The home boasts an array of cozy niche spaces: An inviting front porch perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, a hidden dedicated workspace off the dining room, a private screened-in lanai equipped with a smart projector for entertainment (complete with several seating options and patio lighting for ambiance), as well as an exceptional custom-built outdoor shower.

Guests have private use of the main house, with access through the front door. Access to the home is limited to the south wall of the enclosed lanai, adjacent to the secret garden. The shaded back deck and laundry facility are shared spaces for guests in the MINI MOODY. Parking for guests is restricted to the street with enough parking for 4 vehicles. *Please note parking in the driveway and carport is restricted.
