VLP 93. Planning a St. Augustine beach vacation, weekend getaway, winter holiday or retreat? This townhouse has been totally refurbished upstairs and down. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and offers a table in the nook off the kitchen and a table in the dining area.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath. The guest bedroom features twin beds, flat screen TV, lots of closet space and a second bathroom. PLUS, there is a sofa pullout in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations. Sleeping capacity is 6.

10 steps to the pool....you can relax in either of the two screened balconies and listen to the sounds of the private lagoon during your rental in St. Augustine. Easy access to the on-site boardwalk and the scenic St. Augustine beach. High-speed internet, washer and dryer, nonsmoking and no pets. Parking in front of townhouse. Gated community offers additional amenities of heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, racquetball court, sauna, shuffleboard, bicycles and tennis courts for your vacation pleasure.
