Three Bedroom, Sanitized, Pet Friendly Bungalow

This beautiful, pet friendly, home is only 2 blocks from Historic Downtown with access to dozens of great restaurants, bars and interesting boutiques for shopping.
We are also located a quick 10-15 minute drive from two of Florida's beautiful beaches. Vilano Beach is located slightly north of us and Saint Augustine Beach is a short drive over the Bridge of Lion on A1A.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen for those nights you might want to stay in and cook. Pots, pans, dishes and even spices are furnished.
There are 3 bedrooms. Two with comfortable queen size beds, one with two comfy twin beds and all are piled high with pillows. There is lots of dresser and closet space in each. The queen size hideaway bed is located in the living room and all the linens and pillows located in the third bedroom closet.
The house has two bathrooms. One in the master bedroom and one to share. All are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap.
You may enjoy sitting on the front porch in the evenings and listening to the music on Saint George Street. Francis Field, where many festivals are, is located at the end of the block. There is also a large children's playground there. It's also a wonderful place to walk your dog.
Saint Augustine is a wonderful place to visit with many diverse attractions.

Great turnkey location

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely home that had all the comfort and amenities and was within a short walking distance to the historic downtown area. The only thing missing was historic information on the house as it would have been nice read. We highly recommend this property for your St Augustine stay.

We enjoyed staying at this very clean home in the center of historic downtown St. Augustine. Stayed 4 nights and only left in the car one time. Walked everywhere. House was comfortable, and well decorated and equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts very graciously provided coffee and various spices were available. The property is within blocks of the historic downtown sites, shopping, and restaurants. Very comfortable for our family of 4 adults and a 3 month old!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my husband and his immediate family (parents and brother) before his brother headed out of State for work. The property manager was super friendly and lives in the home behind the property. Parking was easy, plenty of room in back.

Fantastic Stay!

We cannot say enough great things about this property! Not only was it spotless, but it also had toiletries and additional items we were used to having to bring ourselves. I also cannot get over the location. It was on a quiet street with plenty of parking in the back of the house. We could walk to the historic district in just a few minutes. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying here when we are back in St. Augustine!

Family friendly stay

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids (6,3,1) and found it to be perfect! The property is within walking distance to the touristy downtown area. We were out and about most of the day, so weren’t really at the house, unless to sleep, but looked to be a fully stocked kitchen. An added bonus for families is a huge playground right down the road from the property. kitchen
