Ocean Views abound at this fabulous 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beach home with room for eleven guests! Take in a breathtaking sunrise over the water while sipping coffee on the third story deck then stroll across the boardwalk to the beach just steps from the home. Two separate living rooms give the whole family space to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach. Conveniently located just 5 to 10 minutes from everything in St. Augustine Beach and 15 minutes from Downtown St. Augustine.

Must be at least 25 years old to book. Primary renter must be present during stay.

Pet Policy: Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150.

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.
