This family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St Augustine beach (Crescent Beach). The condo complex is directly on the beach front. The condo is very large at 870 square feet. As the unit is ground floor with easy access to your vehicle there is NO ocean view from inside the unit. An ocean view can be seen a short distance out the rear sliding glass door across the pool deck. A private boardwalk over the protected sand dunes from the pool area leads to the beach.

The unit has a large kitchen with full size appliances including a side by side refrigerator, stove with oven and dishwasher. All cookware and dishes are provided.

The condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit located on the ground floor with a king size bed. A queen size sofa bed is located in the living room.

The unit was recently updated with brand new quartz seashell countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, retiled, new toilet, lighting and vanity. The entire unit was repainted and the furnishings were replaced.

So much fun!

My mom and I stayed at the property for several days, and absolutely loved it! It was a quick walk to the beach and a quick drive to great restaurants. Would recommend to anyone!

The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything you would need, and easy access to the pool and beach. It was decorated so cute. The sofa was especially comfortable. It was conveniently located to downtown St. Augustine. We would definitely purely rent this condo again.

Very nicely appointed unit, with everything you need. Just off the pool and a short walk to the Atlantic, close to many attractions including St Augustine and Anastasia Island. Quiet, private and beautifully styled.

AWESOME

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely lovely. Extremely clean and great decor - beachy. The unit is very close to the pool with the short boardwalk to the beach right by the pool. Cindy was very informative and we shall come back again. Nab this one if you can - it is a GEM.

Our favorite!

This has became our go to condo every year for our anniversary. Everything is always very clean, the condo is stocked with anything you might need, and the bed is comfortable. When we needed help with the lock Cindy responded quickly and helped resolve the problem. The lady in the office is also very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We will be back!

GREAT VACATION SPOT

This condo was a great place to stay!! The only con we had was there was a musty smell that finally started to fade the last day we were there. I sprayed some Febreeze which helped a little bit. Also, figuring out the TV was a little difficult. Otherwise cute little place! We would definitely stay again!

Favorite place to stay

I can't say enough good things about the property. It is very clean and stocked with everything you may need. Short walk to beach, and short drive to beach front restaurants and historic St Augustine. The beds are very comfortable and on the firmer side. When we left something behind, Cindy was quick to help is find it and arrange for us to get it back. I appreciate how quickly she responded. We will be back!

A quite Xmas to remember.

We absolutely loved being at this condo!! Super cute has everything you may need . Clean , comfy. The beach is so convenient. The pool is Hugh . Close to st Augustine night of lights an loved going into town for a day trip on an off the trolly. Really enjoyed my time. Did I mention how nice an clean it was . The bed was wonderful to sleep in. Perfection

We love Cindy’s space! She is an excellent responsive host. We have a nice view and a little corner patio with bushes creating privacy. Great location right by pool and close to beach walkway. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Unit is clean and well maintained. We’ve loved our stays for the last three years. Regretfully somebody reserved for next year before we got here. May they have as wonderful a stay next year as we have we have done. Thank you, Cindy

April 2023-TLW-1 bedroom condo 1st floor

My wife and I did enjoy our stay. The condo was in a very well kept complex and everyone was very helpful. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Bed and other furniture was comfortable. Bathroom fan was quite loud and no way to turn it off and leave the light on. Really my only real problem was the description of the condo location. The listing stated it was "OceanFront". Our condo was behind the pool with absolutely no view of the ocean from the condo. I consider "OceanFront" with a direct view of the Ocean. The complex may have been considered OceanFront, but not the unit I rented in the complex.

Surprise Beach Access

The place was easy enough to find, but the office to retrieve a parking pass was a little nerve-racking as it was closed three times when I went, but eventually spotted the manager and got one. I was surprised that we were on the beach! I had looked at so many listings I skipped right over that the beach access was straight from the back door. The beach is a beautiful flat beach that was perfect for a long walk in any weather. We ended up rearranging some of the furniture as it was difficult to see the tv (and of course put it back before departing). The couch was too firm for our liking so we ended up opening the bed portion and making it a cuddle zone. The kitchen had all the essentials and instead of the dishwasher we hand-washed everything. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fan was nice. Marvelous stay overall! I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean & Great Amenities!

Has everything you could need! All the cooking supplies, spices, pots and pans, paper towels etc., and shampoo and bath needs are under the bathroom sink. Property was very clean and despite being near the beach didn’t feel sandy everywhere! Comfortable bed. Easy access. Only issue we had was the back sliding door lock is broken at the moment. However, the area felt and was safe enough so we didn’t worry about our belongings. The add-ons for the beach were great! So glad we didn’t have to lug beach chairs and an umbrella and towels from home. The beach access was SO NICE. Just grab a towel and chair and walk out to the beach, walk back and rinse off your feet at this super convenient and nice rinsing station they have. The pool area was also fantastic-yes, it’s in the middle of all the apartments but noise was never an issue. It’s a really deep pool and my 7yo son loved it and the beach boogie boards they included were an absolute lifesaver. He played for 2 hours straight on the beach every day with those so thank you!! We had a blast and would come back!

Beautiful and comfortable

This is one of the nicest and coziest condos we’ve stayed in. We absolutely loved it! The bed, even the sofa bed, was so comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were very nicely done. No cheap stuff here! The decor is very nice and homey, with beautiful artwork and decor. There is an abundance of towels, linens, cleaning supplies, spices, dishes, cookware, toilet paper and paper towels, soap, two TVs, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. The fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser, and it is filtered so you don’t have the sulfur taste. The unit is on the ground floor and the parking space is directly in front of the front door, probably not even 10 steps. Easiest access we’ve ever had for carrying luggage and groceries inside. There is a nice laundry room in the complex, and the machines take credit / debit cards! The back sliding door opens to a courtyard with the huge complex pool at the center (not even 30 steps to the pool), which includes an abundance of poolside tables, chairs, loungers, and umbrellas . We especially enjoyed walking out to the pool at night to lounge in the provided chairs for some reading while listening to the waves. The little patio right out the sliding back door, is surprisingly private, surrounded by greenery and equipped with comfy chairs and side tables. Right on the other side of the pool is the beautiful Atlantic ocean and, even with the big dunes typical of the area, the beach access is a breeze. Only a few stairs up, and a slightly sloped walkway over the dunes to the beach. The beach is flat and beautiful and is a great beach for walking, running, or biking. We’ve also realized that September is such a nice time for a beach trip! It’s still very warm in St. Augustine, but doesn’t seem as humid, and the beaches are not crowded, a nice bonus! Downtown St. Augustine is only about 10 miles down A1A, with plenty of restaurants and shopping along the way. Overall this was one of our best beach trips and we would love to stay here again!
