Come and escape to Vilano Beach Villa for sun and beaches. Beautifully renovated townhouse is a short walk to the beach with miles of beautiful sand, sun and seashells. A short drive takes only minutes to downtown St Augustine.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is fully equipped with everything you need. The backyard is fully fenced and private with lights and outdoor table and chairs.
Peaceful neighborhood, walk or ride your cruiser bikes to the beach or Caps on the Water for dinner!

Beautiful stay and everything was exactly as described. It's close enough to places we wanted to visit and in a nice quiet area. The hosts are responsive and kind - we will definitely be booking again when we're back in the area!

The townhouse has a nice two-story layout, was clean, all of the appliances worked, and the kitchen amenities were extensive and well-stocked.The problem was with noisy neighbors. Both the permanent resident on one side of our unit and short-term renters on the other side had barking dogs that kept us awake until midnight most nights and sometimes woke us up very early in the morning (5:15 a.m.). The permanent resident next door also played music loudly during the day at times.This is not what we expected as we had received information from the owner before arriving that said “If we receive noise complaints from the neighbors, you will be asked to leave the townhouse, with no refunds. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy”. Obviously the noise restrictions conveyed to us do not apply to the neighboring units in the six-unit complex. The frequent loud and intrusive noise coming from the occupants on both sides spoiled our five-night trip to spend time with family and attend a celebration of life. While the owner of our unit tried to get the noise problem addressed they were ultimately unsuccessful, and as a result we cannot recommend this property.

Lovely place to stay close to the beach!

We had a wonderful time staying at Vilano Townhome! This place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! The beach was close and had tons of seashells! We will be back!

Perfect little beach home!

House is conveniently located! We enjoyed the cute little home close to the beach, dining, and shopping. Host was very responsive to messages in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the Vilano Townhome getaway live

Such a sweet and relaxing townhome. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed staying there along with the easy access to the beach, St Augustine and dining out. We plan on staying there again. It was a great getaway without having to go-away; we live in Jacksonville, FL. Highly recommend!

Cute place for a great price!

We loved our stay here. A few minutes from historic town & very close to the beach. 2 couples traveling. Nice to have big beds in both rooms (vs. 1 BR with twins) & separate bathrooms. Host was very responsive to questions. Looks recently updated & very clean. Everyone had a great time!
