Close to everything, Villa at Vilano Beach is a perfectly located 1 bedroom, 1 bath NEW CONSTRUCTION that is only a short walk to beautiful, Vilano Beach, fishing pier, shopping, dining, nightlife, Irish Pub, attractions, downtown Saint Augustine and so much more! This villa features a saltwater swimming pool that is shared with only one other villa, outdoor lounge furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, large bedroom with new king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, new epoxy flooring with area rugs. The unit is air temperature controlled with air conditioning and heating. It is decorated in a modern coastal style which lends to an amazing beach experience.
