I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and was not disappointed. I love, love, loved every moment of my stay. The Hotel is quaint and situated on a beautiful calm and private beach. The staff was so accommodating making us feel right at home while being in paradise. The day we arrived they prepared an array of snacks and beverages while our suite was being prepared. I will definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

This place is a hidden gem! The property is immaculate, the staff is so kind, helpful and accommodating. Anything we needed was provided right away. If you have any special requests for breakfast or drinks they will provide it with a smile. The beach area is a little on the smaller side but the hotel was fully booked and we always had loungers to relax and watch the sea turtles all day. For breakfast we had bacon and eggs with fresh fruit and delicious pastries, coffee, espresso, lattes, fresh juice. Walking distance to Ti’ Corail beach bar was a huge plus for lunch. It’s a must stop for vegetable fritters and the truffle croque monsieur! I highly recommend Hotel Les Ondines for a smaller, quieter, boutique hotel experience in St. Barths.

For the location, staff and service, amenities, conditions of the room, and the price, this is your best bet. Right on beach, breakfast deliver every morning. Everyone that works there is great and helpful. Super helpful with making reservations for dinner, spa and car rental. Provide shuttle pick up to and from airport or ferry. Only one complaint is that throughout the day there was a very foul odor that came from the drains/gutter. Not a true disturbance but it definitely was not pleasant.

We had an incredible stay! The staff was extremely helpful, kind and generous. They took great care of us and made us feel right at home. Beautiful hotel right on the beach, large rooms and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Every aspect of our stay was awesome, but the staff was really exceptional. When our boat back to st Martin (unbeknownst to us) was canceled, Julia and team sprang into action to arrange a plane to enable us to make our fights home, making the calls and handling everything. It was really amazing to see the initiative to help us in our predicament. The team also made a wonderful personalized breakfast each day and brought it to our room so we could eat on the balcony and enjoy the morning breeze. Diana made reservations for dinner each night which was so welcome. I have traveled worldwide and have never received such hospitality and service with a smile. We really felt like we were staying with family. I can’t wait to go back.

Hotel Les Ondines sur la Plage is a unique family-owned place quite unlike the larger corporatized resorts. Cleanliness of the rooms is superb and the staff are tres sympatiques. They can arrange anything you want (transportation, island excursions, restaurant reservations, you name it). You are really made to feel at home here.

Diana and staff were phenomenal. They were waiting outside of airport upon my arrival and were very accommodating after losing my bag. The hotel and amenities were gorgeous, the welcome and service was top tier. Highly recommend!

Small boutique hotel in an incredible location right on the beach in grand cul-de-sac, a calm shallow lagoon behind a coral reef. Swim with sea turtles, or try a number of different water sports. Great area for kids and adults alike. Chef prepared custom breakfast for us every morning either in our balcony/patio or set it up right on the beach. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We will be back!

The staff at Hotel Les Ondines was incredible (particularly, Roger). They were very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very amazingly beautiful, clean and had all of the necessities for the stay.

Property was beautiful, fantastic beach great for participating or watching all the water sports. Raphael was awesome, if you needed anything he was there to make sure you got what you needed. Breakfast was always great with a warm good morning from the ladies. Great chilling spot. Would highly recommend.

A hidden gem in St. Barth
Hotel Les Ondines Sur La Plage is such the perfect location. Situated at the Grand Cul-de-sac, the Caribbean Sea is a few steps away from the hotel. Our room had a minimal beach chic decor and there was a refreshing pool if you wanted a break from the beach. Another reason we loved Hotel Les Ondines Sur La Plage is for the staff. Raphael, the hotel's charming manager, greeted us at the airport and picked up our baggage though we rented a car. He was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and booked us tables at the most beautiful restaurants that this chic island had to offer: Bonito, Tamarin & Nikki Beach. He also provided us with beach and activities on the island. He is THE best and made our stay quite warm and comfortable. Only a few minutes by car from all the vibrant activity, I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Quaint hotel on the beach
We recently returned from our one week stay and we cannot be more pleased with Raphael (the general manager) and his staff. The quaint hotel is meticulously kept. Nothing was a problem for the staff in the way of service. We are planning to return in the near future.

We loved this hotel and plan to go back in the future. Located right on a beautiful quiet beach, with comfortable beds always available and breath taking views. If you snorkel, you are sure to spot sea turtles, at first it can be intimidating but they appear to be very gentle majestic creatures. The rooms were great, modern and clean, the towels smelled so good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a place to go if you truly want to relax.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at Les Ondines with my wife. Cannot say enough nice things about this place. We loved the location, convenience and loved every minute of our time there. Raphael, Marcel and all the staff treated us like family. The only complaint I have is that our tub did not work.....even after it was "fixed." Would recommend this place highly. It is the best deal on the island.

Hotel Les Ondines Sur La Plage is a great hotel that offers a location right on the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast the hotel serves is wonderful and fresh to order. The staff of the hotel is outstanding. Raphael and his staff cater to the needs of their guests and provide a great atmosphere and are always willing to help.

Les Ondines is a boutique hotel with just 7 suites. For a boutique hotel, it is as perfect as it gets. Couldn't be better. Located right at Grand Cul de Sac beach, ours was a beautifully and impeccably furnished one bedroom suite complete with lavish jacuzzi bathroom and full kitchen with every possible amenity you would need. Anything else you want is provided immediately. The veranda opens directly on to the beach. What a joy to eat your breakfast on the beach every morning! I couldn't possibly list all the wonderful little features. You just have to experience it yourself. Best feature has to be unparalleled level of service. Raphael, our host, is unquestionably the best there is. I have never experienced this level of service and probably never will. He is the heart and soul of this little gem of a hotel. He even picks you up from airport and then drops you off. He alone is the reason enough to stay at Les Ondines. Marcel, the evening host and Afrika, who delivers breakfast every morning, and the maid, all are embodiment of service with smile and going the extra mile. This is the perfect place to stay in St Barth. There are 3 restaurants within a short walk. Beware of mosquitos. We got bitten a lot despite precautions. But that's Caribbean for you.

WHAT GREAT SERVICE
The service at this hotel is the best we have ever had-and we stay at some nice places, Ritz Carlton, Private Villas, etc. Raphael is the perfect host. Always on the ball making sure everything is being taken care of. Make sure you tell Raphael you want the lobster dinner. He gets it from local fisherman, cleans and grills it for you and serves it at your room or poolside. It was awesome. We will be back.

Incredible service even by French standards
Hard to find adequate words to adequately describe how well this property is run or how high they hold themselves to service. Read all of the other reviews including TripAdvisor. The owner of this property has continually invested in keeping it current and the staff provide service as if they were owners. The location is perfect; quite but close to many of the best restaurants and beaches on the island. Stop looking and just book your stay.

Quarto excelente, com cozinha super equipada, varanda, mas sem cara de airbnb. A cama e lençóis maravilhosos. O quarto era à beira-mar, o que nos permitia manter nossas bebidas na geladeira do quarto enquanto curtíamos a praia. A localização é excelente, entre um dos 2 melhores hotéis da Ilha. A própria praia do hotel é ótima para nadar. Melhor custo benefício sem dúvidas!
