"Everything was beyond very dirty. They are under construction and it is not correctly being completed. There is stuff every where, the room I originally had was so smoked in it was disgusting. We couldn't use the pool or exercise room because of construction but nothing online stated that. We couldn't use any ice machines because they were either unplugged or covered in paint sanding dust. Empty rooms were left open and the side doors going in and out were propped open with big rocks and the staircase door was being slammed all night. Wasn't comfortable eating the breakfast because of the construction dust everywhere. All the windows had plastic that you had to listen to all night. We had no cold water in the bathroom sink. We even had dirty towels behind our bathroom door but they're was a note at the desk that their was no housekeeping so we felt there was no reason to complain, disgusting. Worst sleep ever. We were so upset but had no choice but to stay there. My husband even tripped over wires that were laying by the elevator door. Extremely disappointed and wish we could have received a refund. I understand construction and typically enjoy seeing it because you can n invision what it will be but this was terrible. We've stayed here many times but there's no way we will go back until construction is over. I highly recommend you do not stay there!! Especially if you have children, it is not safe!"

"Arrived at noon. The coffee shop was closed. The lobby was packed. Had to wait three hours for room and there were no comfortable chairs or sofas to use while waiting. Only had a cafeteria area with hard cheap chairs. Def not what I’m used to."

"Staff was super rude as a frequent traveler we abide by all rules and signs posted when there is no rules or signs posted you treat your guest like trash for not knowing the rules that you never explained in any way.. worst vacation EVER . STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! "

"Host was promptly responsive, very helpful, answered our few questions succinctly. We had nothing other than totally minor hiccups, easily solved and appreciated this host allowed items left by previous guests to remain available, which allowed us to leave our own "gifts" for the next persons to use as needed. It was very nice and so much better than any hotel. "
