"I STAYED HERE MANY TIMES AND WAS NEVER DISAPPOINTED I LOVE THEIR BIG KITCHEN AND THE ROOMS ARE EXTREMELY SPACIOUS THIS TIME I HAD A ROOM WITH WITH THE SIT IN AREA THE COUCH PULLS OUT IF YOU NEED IT I HAD A BEAUTIFUL TIME AND AN AMAZING REST SURROUNDED BY 6 BIG PLUSH PILLOWS"

"On arrival lights didn’t work. Moved to another room next day, couldn’t fault it, view of Jefferson Memorial (as requested) higher floor & fizz, cake & hand made chocolates left in room. Very friendly reception, housekeeping & room service. Excellent breakfast (complimentary on first morning for inconvenience on arrival) delicious & service in all areas exceptional. Thank you Eskadar for looking after us "

"parking garage is close and valet parking but you have to schlep your bags up 3 floors to check in. and they let us check in early but we left bags in the car, so then we had to drag bags up 3 floors from the basement because elevator was broken. staff told us elevator was broken but no staff was available to help with bags. elevator worked in the rest of the hotel. overall not bad, but, far from a luxury experience. "
