"The front man at the desk seemed nice The parking lot is very busy, the balcony is very busy, a lot people running back and forth smoking cigarettes everywhere. The first room we had reeked of smoke and filth. I went to check out as soon as we got to the room but the man at the front desk said if I stayed he’s switch me rooms and put me in a cleaner safer room by the front desk. The man at the front desk promised me that if I stayed and didn’t get a refund I could stay till 12 and if I needed...

"Hotel is conveniently located just off of the freeway. Clean and updated property. Great customer service! Also they serve a happy hour from 5:30-7pm and a delicious and free breakfast. Beds were comfy too which is a definite plus. I would highly recommend!! "

"The check in was easy and fast and the gentleman was very pleasant. The room wasn't as we had booked. We booked this room because it said 2 queen beds and pull out sofa, which is what we needed for our family of 6. Get to the room and it was only double queens. We made it work. Room wasn't dirty but could use some deep cleaning. Lady at front desk at checkout wasn't very friendly."

"Expedia showed a free breakfast and I was asked about the free breakfast on this questionaire. The breakfast attendant at the Hilton said it was only free to certain upgraded members and i was not on her list. I had to pay for the breakfast. That said, it was a good breakfast. The eggs were real eggs not powdered. They were hot. I had sausage snd a biscuit with cream gravy. Fresh fruit juices, cereal, etc. Were available. "

"Well run, brand new, and impressive. I spoke with the owners for a bit and they left a very positive impression. Hands dow this was the most impressive Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. I usually stay at the Westin at St Louis and honestly, this place was nicer and they have a surprisingly nice restaurant. "

"It was quiet and adequate for the one night we needed. However, for guests needing a longer stay, the kitchen was not equipped, there was a bare minimum of towels and no tissues. "
