Breakfast was outstanding as was the breakfast service. Unfortunately I didn't get the lad's name but young, dark haired... He's the fella. Birgitta.....what a champion.....so welcoming and friendly and really helped me put with solutions and pointed me where to pick up essentials I needed when I hastily packed all my work material in car yet stupidly forgot my bag with most of my personal essentials. 1000% recommend here if visiting Stornoway or travelling round these beautiful islands. The tv appeared to have problems with the signal and at times, some channels could not be accessed.The location provided very good access to downtown and to the roads leading out of town.The kitchen was well equipped and preparing meals was relatively easy."
