"Shower floor was so slippery that we had to hang onto shower door handle, several bedside outlets didn’t work, which were needed for CPAP, and the light switch at the entrance to our room didn’t turn on lights, forcing us to walk around in the dark until we found other switches. When we talked to the manager, she was rude, passive aggressive, and blamed us for not reporting it at 1AM, when she could have given us a different room, which was not a useful solution. "

"This was the unforgettable stay I have tried in my multiple trips. The location wasn’t comfortable, the receptionist at first gave us the room with a hole in the shower area, fridge that was old, the room wasn’t smoked free. If I haven’t asked to give us a newer and more comfy room he won’t. Breakfast was included, but hey, even the taste of the coffee can’t be given 5stars. OveraLL, i didn’t like my stay in this hotel."

"We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. We could not stay here with our family. The door did not close properly, the room had holes in the walls in multiple places, the bathroom has black dirt around the tub and the floors. There was also green stuff on the rise of the roll of toilet paper. The headboard had handprints on it and there were stains on the pillow cases. The hotel unfortunately decided they would not honor a refund so I would caution anyone who considers booking here on their travels. We are pretty tolerant on our travels and have never walked into a room like this. "
