Unable to check-in. Had to rebook, I was travelling with a minor and customer service were unable to help. explained I should turn up at check-in and if I don't get the details. book somewhere else..

Leider war es nicht möglich ins Zimmer einzuchecken, da wir keine Informationen dazu erhielten. Der Zimmerpreis wurde bereits der Kreditkarte abgezogen und nicht rückerstattet. Die angegebene Telefonnummmer war nicht gültig und auf den Hostkontakt hat niemand geantwortet ( Firma Vrbo)
