Beautiful/Cozy/Romantic St. George Island Houseboat w/Giant Saltwater Pool & Spa

You'll love this gem! The Little Bohemian is the only houseboat rental on St. George Island & backs up to the largest saltwater pool here. I'd say the largest hot tub, too, but who likes a bragger? All the major systems are new (plumbing, electrical, AC, water heater, toilet, propane stove, ice maker, water filtration system!) The couch is futon type that can sleep two additional people. There are cleats along the starboard side if you wanna bring a smaller boat to tie off to it. (The houseboat does not move from the dock.) It's beautiful, cozy, & romantic, perfect to impress that special someone. There is ample parking for several vehicles or boat trailer, etc, and your own entrance to the property.The gulf beaches are a 4-block walk. Free wifi, internet-cable with 2 TV's, 2 kayaks, & 2 paddle boards are included. There are other rentals on the property, so kayaks, paddleboards, beach gear is first-come, first-serve basis. There is a golf cart for rent as well as bicycles.
