    AMENITIES: Open floor plan with large kitchen with granite countertops, center island with seating, stainless appliances, tile floors throughout, washer and dryer, extra large covered porch with swings and dining table, hot and cold outdoor enclosed shower, park-style charcoal grill, picnic table, full concrete under house with under house parking, adjacent to bike path and beach access path.
