The apartment is on the Ground floor and is roomy and spacious. Suitable for couples, families or a group of friends seeking a home away from home whilst vacationing. Air-conditioned to keep you cool with three smart televisions to keep you entertained as needed.
A rental vehicle is recommended but taxis are also readily available as required.
Dr Grooms is a mere 2.5 minutes drive from the airport.

We would highly recommend Kaibus Place

The property is spacious and clean. All bedding and towels are freshly laundered. It also has a large fridge freezer and washing machine which added to our comfort. The beach is very near along with local bars. The area is quiet and requires a car. We would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay for spicemas

We stayed at the property during Spicemas 2024 and the apartment was perfect for our group of 4. The amenities were all as described and we felt safe and secure for the duration of the trip. The air conditioning was great and kept the accommodation cool. The bedrooms were bigger than they appeared in the photos which was a nice surprise. We really appreciated the washing machine & dryer which was a great bonus as we stayed for almost 2 weeks. The property is in a nice peaceful area with a beautiful quiet beach less than a 3 minute walk away. There aren’t any shops nearby, however the walk to the main road takes about 5 minutes and you can easily catch a bus which will take you into Grand Anse and town if you do not have a vehicle. We all agreed that we’d stay at this property again. Our host was very responsive & friendly and answered any questions we had before and during our stay in a timely manner.The only thing that would have made the stay even better would have been a brief fact sheet about the property and area with information such as how to use some of the appliances, location of the garbage bin, recommendations for local taxis etc. However we worked most of this out with the help of our host.
