The apartment itself is excellent. It's clean, spacious, airy, well-equipped, and located in a fantastic area. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing significant enough to affect my stay.
Unfortunately, the host's attitude completely overshadowed the positives. Communication was poor throughout. Questions were often answered slowly, and when responses did come, they felt rude, dismissive, and lacking basic courtesy and respect. As a paying guest, I expected a more professional and welcoming approach.
Another major downside was the 10:00 AM checkout time. Having stayed in many properties across Grenada, this is the only one I have encountered with such an early checkout. Most accommodations offer checkout between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Receiving a reminder the day before stressing that departure must be by 10:00 AM felt unnecessarily unfriendly and added to the negative experience.
I also believe that laundry facilities should be included, especially considering the price being charged. It's disappointing because the apartment itself is genuinely very good. However, excellent accommodation cannot make up for poor customer service. As someone who visits Grenada frequently and has stayed in numerous properties there, this was the worst hosting experience I have had. Sadly, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
