If you are looking for that perfect home for your getaway vacation, then this is the place for you. It is located in St.Helen, Michigan on a one acre fenced back yard. There is a lake nearby for boating, skiing, swimming or just relaxing in the summer with a picnic area and playground. RV trails and great golf courses are close by as well. In the winter months there are snowmobile trails and ice fishing to fill your time. The house has a one car heated garage with paved driveway. Inside is carpeting with wood kitchen floors. There are 2 queen beds and a double bed located in the 2 bedrooms. There is also room for air mattresses for more sleeping options. Each bedroom has its own window air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer months. This is the perfect place and priced just for you. Rent by day, week, or month. No more than six adults please. Rental is $100 day, $650 for the week, or $2700 per month. WiFi and cable are included in the price. Look no more, this is the place for you! Nice property close to the lake, clean and well appointed. Easy and relaxed check-in/out, very timely and helpful communication from the owner when we had a quick question. Our dog enjoyed the fenced-in yard and our 11-month old loved the available toys! We had a lovely stay, thank you!

The house is not far from the beach of Lake St. Helen and very close to trail riding-which is why we were there. The house was surprisingly larger than expected and we loved having access to the attached garage to park or RZR's in overnight.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were up to visit our family. My wife and 2 daughters found this to be a perfect fit for us. It was really close to the St. Helen boat launch and close to the main street. It had everything we needed.

We had a good time the manager was easy to contact, the house had anything you might have forgot. Clean and tidy , our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. My husband loved having the garage to park his Jeep in. I would definitely rent here again! Thank you

Biggest issue was original access, we weren’t provided a code until owner responded later in the day finally. Grass was really long in the back yard as weeds were everywhere. We didn't use the back yard. House was really super clean, lots of nice amenities. Very close to ATV park trails. We drove our Quads yo the trails.
