He kindly gave us a brief tour of the amenities before showing us to our room, which was immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "
