"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

2/10 Terrible

"I recently stayed at this hotel in St Ives and had a very disappointing experience. The room I was given did not match what was shown in the booking photos at all. It felt misleading and not worth the money. Cleanliness was a major issue — the room was not properly cleaned, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Basic services were also missing, and when I raised these concerns with the staff, there was little to no response or effort to resolve the situation. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and mismatch between the advertised and actual room made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others and strongly suggest future guests be cautious before booking."

"Stayed for five nights to finish our Cornwall holiday. We had a great room comfortable with quite well designed en suite. A beautiful panoramic view across Carbis Bay to the harbour at St Ives. The breakfast selection was excellent with amazing choices and a top quality cooked breakfast. The hosts, namely Fenella and Mark were welcoming, friendly and helpful. A gem of an Hotel. Definitely stay again and fully recommend."
