"Has an exceptional stay. Highlights were the incredibly attentive staff and made to order breakfast and buffet. Their central reservations system wasn't great (unnecessary intermediary that didn't do a good job of transferring information back and forth). But other than that, one of the best hotels stays I've ever had. We were traveling as a family with 2 babies and they were so helpful."

"The rooms were clean, the staff helpful. The hotel is hard to find down an alleyway and cars can't get to it so luggage had to be carried, however it felt safe enough (except for the motorbikes) even when my daughter and I visited the ATM . Food was good. Lots of bottled water was provided.There was some noise the first night but I had taken ear plugs and it was fine. The second night was quiet."

"This is a beautifully restored hotel in old Delhi. Definitely worth staying a night and then doing a guided walk. The rooms are relatively small and there are limited additional facilities other than the very good restaurant. There was some lovely dancing in the evening and staff are very helpful. I’d highly recommend this as a place to stay in old Delhi."

"The room was modern and clean. Much cleaner than most in India. My room had a kitchenette with coffee and fridge. The location set back from the street helped reduce the noise. Breakfast was good and served on a pleasant rooftop. The staff was very nice. Their Travel Agency helped me arrange a trip to the Taj Mahal. I would recommend this hotel as a single traveler."

"Our stay at Neem Haveli was great, this heritage hotel is a fantastic spot in Old Delhi offering a chance to stay in a thoughtfully renovated and preserved piece of history. Don't be daunted by the walk from the main road, it's busy but short and on our arrival the team arranged for a rickshaw to pick us up. Inside Neem the activity and noise stops and the space offers a calm and relaxing vibe. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and it kept so much of the building's history and charm. Breakfast in the central courtyard with a view of the neem tree was a lovely way to start the day. The team were attentive and helpful throughout. They collected us from the airport, which made for a warm welcome to the city, and David organised a tour with the Kathika Cultural Centre over the road, which was a real highlight of our stay. Book the heritage tour! and thank you Javeria for such an insightful experience. Staying here we were a short walk or rickshaw to the cultural spots in Old Delhi and truly felt immersed in the history of the city. There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Delhi, but if you want to be immersed in the historic heart of the city, Neem Haveli is the place. Thank you David and Team!"

"As always, the staff is good. The property was clean. Overall, I had a nice experience as a solo traveler. Washrooms were also clean. I recommend this for solo travelers; if someone is coming from abroad and wants a safe and clean stay, you should give this a try. It is near the railway station and airport metro if you are staying for hours."
