I had a serious issue with this hotel: I checked my suitcase with their luggage storage room during my stay, and when I went to retrieve it, the staff were unable to locate it. They had me wait for 1 hour while they were trying to find it, and I almost missed my train because of this, despite me telling them multiple times that I needed to leave.
Aside from this incident, the room itself was clean and the location was convenient, but this experience with lost luggage was a major letdown. If you're storing bags with this hotel, I'd think twice, or make sure you get a detailed claim ticket and confirm their camera coverage.
I've had to escalate this directly with hotel management and am considering further action if it isn't resolved soon.

"Overall decent stay. No frills, but comfy bed. There was an issue with my bathtub where the knob had to be replaced of which it was quickly done without any issues. Staff were friendly enough, but it is an older dated property. I would stay again if necessary."
